| Service Requests |

Open a service request using this portal.
Requests made through this service are tracked and reviewed by Systems &
Technology Help Desk and scheduled according to our priority list. You can
monitor and manage all your current and previous requests anytime, anywhere.
When making your request please be as specific as possible and state the
exact nature of the problem you are experiencing. If possible, capture the
specific error message(s) that pops up on your screen. See "Did You Know?"
section below for this procedure.
The more information you can provide the faster the problem can be resolved.

| Support Hours |

Systems & Technology Help Desk is open Monday through Friday from
8am to 5pm, excluding holidays. Please contact the help desk for system
availability and access questions outside of the support hours.
The support portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

| Did You Know? |
| |
You can capture a pop-up message window by pressing ALT-Print-Scrn, then
open Word and then press Control-V to paste the pop-up or error message.
Save the Word document and you can attach this document to your service
request.
When you update a case, regardless of the status, an email will be sent to currently assigned support agent.
You can now escalate cases by clicking on the "Add Comment and Escalate" button. The immediate manager of the support agent assigned to the case will be emailed with your recent comment(s).
